About the role
- Design, implement, and support secure, scalable endpoint management primarily for macOS and iOS/iPadOS devices.
- Lead MDM and MAM solutions via Microsoft Intune.
- Integrate and optimize Jamf.
- Operationalize Apple Business Manager for automated enrollment and app licensing.
- Define enrollment strategies, ownership models, and policy baselines for devices.
- Build and manage configuration profiles and compliance policies.
- Partner with IT Support teams and Security to ensure optimal device performance.
- Document processes and troubleshooting steps in knowledge bases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Support
- Solid knowledge and understanding of cloud-based systems (Jamf, Intune, M365)
- Strong scripting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong documentation and governance mindset.
