About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of Ava’s EMR software with clinics across ON
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinic managers to understand their needs
  • Customize clinic profiles within the EMR, adapting to the requirements of each clinic
  • Deliver comprehensive training on Ava’s EMR functionality to clinic staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders through effective collaboration
  • Proactively manage expectations, provide progress updates, and skillfully navigate conflict resolution
  • Plan, develop, and refine project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in running projects, healthcare experience is an asset
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in complex situations
  • Familiarity with Project Management software tools i.e. ClickUp
  • Proficient in productivity software e.g. Google Suite, Slack
  • Previous training experience either remotely or in a classroom setting, is an asset
  • Healthcare industry and EMR system experience is a plus
  • Must reside in Ontario.
