About the role
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Ava’s EMR software with clinics across ON
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinic managers to understand their needs
- Customize clinic profiles within the EMR, adapting to the requirements of each clinic
- Deliver comprehensive training on Ava’s EMR functionality to clinic staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders through effective collaboration
- Proactively manage expectations, provide progress updates, and skillfully navigate conflict resolution
- Plan, develop, and refine project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in running projects, healthcare experience is an asset
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in complex situations
- Familiarity with Project Management software tools i.e. ClickUp
- Proficient in productivity software e.g. Google Suite, Slack
- Previous training experience either remotely or in a classroom setting, is an asset
- Healthcare industry and EMR system experience is a plus
- Must reside in Ontario.
