• Prepare entry documents for Customs release and Duty payment
• Rate commercial invoice with tariff numbers
• Prepare RLF entries
• Provide necessary documents to other government agencies
• Prepare Customs brokerage files
• Verify arrival information with Airlines/Steamship Lines/NVOCCs and verify country of origin
• Prepare delivery order, send to trucker, and verify receipt
• Prepare billing package, bill file, and email/mail to clients
• Ensure all entries are filed on time and freight is delivered in a timely manner according to company and customer expectations
• HTS classification and advisory
