About the role

Leading the design, deployment and optimization of cloud-based IT infrastructure and Azure CI/CD pipelines in support of our business applications.
Collaborating with IT and leadership to ensure that IT Infrastructure aligns with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure via Azure CI/CD pipelines across both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Supporting applications teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud-based services.
Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices for scalable and secure deployments.
Monitoring and maintaining cloud networking, including VNETs, VPNs and API workloads.
Collaborating with application and operations teams to support deployments and troubleshoot issues.
Participating and/or providing operational support for critical services.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
High School Degree required.
3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, AKS, App Services).
Strong expertise with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards).
Strong expertise with Terraform (IaC automation).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPCs).
Strong understanding of networking principles (DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, etc.).
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and CMS and cybersecurity standards like NIST.
