💰 $50,000 - $75,000 per year

About the role

  • General administrative support including managing appointment calendars and daily schedule, organize expense reports, and coordinate travel
  • Proof-read and/or draft internally and externally facing documents
  • Prioritize incoming internal and external requests
  • Support administrative team in planning and coordinating firm-wide events and activities
  • Attend meetings, take notes and organize follow up actions
  • Miscellaneous assignments from partners
  • Manage special projects or initiatives on behalf of partners
  • Coordinate the creation and review of relevant materials for company meetings
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, greet guests and manage daily schedule
  • Coordinate briefing material for partners prior to meetings; manage follow up
  • Assist partners in prioritizing team requests and time management for deadlines

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative support experience
  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task and comfortable leading project and process management
  • Working and comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional verbal, listening, writing and editing communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other similar software
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • May require travel, overtime and attendance at client promotional and professional functions.
  • Work in the office 4 days/week.
