About the role

  • Operational HR work with responsibility: You support our HR team in day-to-day operations and personnel administration, from contract preparation and employment references to employee support.
  • Designing modern HR processes: You actively contribute to the development and implementation of new HR tools and processes and bring in your ideas.
  • Project work with real impact: You support HR projects and take ownership of your own topics, for example the design and implementation of our Diversity Week.
  • Data-driven people work: You regularly produce people KPIs and help make HR decisions more transparent and evidence-based.
  • Digital HR management: You take responsibility for maintaining and managing personnel files in our HR management tool.
  • Professional communication: You independently prepare presentations and decision documents for various stakeholders.
  • Flexible working: You work with your team 1–2 days per week in our modern office in Düsseldorf; the remaining time you can arrange flexibly from home.

Requirements

  • Degree with an HR focus: You are enrolled in a degree program in (business) psychology, social sciences, business administration, economics or a comparable course of study, ideally with an HR focus.
  • Initial practical experience: You have already gained first insights through internships, a working student role or vocational training.
  • Structure and independence: You work in an organized, reliable manner and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn: You have a quick grasp, enjoy trying new things and are willing to step outside your comfort zone.
  • Digital affinity: You are proficient with MS Office, have good Excel skills and ideally have initial exposure to Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills: You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
