About the role
- The Accounts Payable Remittance Assistant is responsible for entering payments into the system.
- Ensure deadlines are met for all clients served by the Shared Services Center (SSC).
- Verify taxes and withholdings on payments;
- Enter documents for payment into the system;
- Ensure payment information is entered correctly.
- Retrieve the day's payments in the system and generate the bank file;
- Validate the bank remittance by checking the data;
- Submit/register the bank remittance with the bank;
- Request approval for registered payments;
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Experience in the financial area or in invoice (NF) analysis;
- Document validation experience;
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, administration, or related field (preferred);
- Experience in the real estate sector (preferred).
