About the role
- You acquire new customers across the DACH region and strategically develop existing accounts, including cross- and up-selling our AWS services and consulting offerings.
- You own deals end-to-end, especially in complex multi-stakeholder setups.
- Together with our founders and the sales team, you develop and execute account and go-to-market strategies.
- You build long-term relationships with decision-makers and position both us and AWS as strategic enablers of business transformation.
- You work closely with AWS teams to accelerate deals and expand our joint market presence.
Requirements
- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally with an enterprise or mid-market focus
- Proven track record of closing complex IT, SaaS, or cloud deals
- Strong consultative selling approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (both fluent)
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-driven, with a genuine builder mentality
