About the role

  • You acquire new customers across the DACH region and strategically develop existing accounts, including cross- and up-selling our AWS services and consulting offerings.
  • You own deals end-to-end, especially in complex multi-stakeholder setups.
  • Together with our founders and the sales team, you develop and execute account and go-to-market strategies.
  • You build long-term relationships with decision-makers and position both us and AWS as strategic enablers of business transformation.
  • You work closely with AWS teams to accelerate deals and expand our joint market presence.

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally with an enterprise or mid-market focus
  • Proven track record of closing complex IT, SaaS, or cloud deals
  • Strong consultative selling approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (both fluent)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-driven, with a genuine builder mentality
