About the role
- Architect new end-to-end operating processes
- Translate product concepts into executable store-level workflows
- Own rollout, adoption, and performance outcomes
- Refine processes until stated objectives are achieved
- Scale proven models into the broader Franchise network
- Design zero-to-one operational workflows across various domains
- Monitor execution in pilot stores and refine processes
- Lead in-market rollout of newly designed workflows
- Partner with various departments for implementation and training
Requirements
- Experience in process architecture and design
- Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in project management and implementation
- Ability to design operational workflows and manage performance outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
