About the role
- Identify and engage prospective clients
- Build new partner agencies and strategic collaborations
- Own the new-business process from initial outreach to contract signing
- Develop a qualified pipeline and work in a structured manner across defined sales stages
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Design proposals and concepts for target groups across relevant digital touchpoints
- Create presentations and present persuasively to clients
- Handle inquiries from partner agencies and act as the central point of contact for collaboration
- Present jointly with partner agencies to clients
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally 2 years of professional experience in new business, digital sales, or business development
- A strong network among marketing decision-makers and advertising or digital agencies is an advantage
- Optional: technical and/or conceptual experience with advertising technologies
- Solution-oriented, independent, and proactive working style
- Empathy, strong values awareness, and tact in dealing with people
- Fluent German (C2 level); good English is a plus
