Performance Marketing Manager – SEA/PPC

• Technical implementation and management of CRM campaigns in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or comparable ESPs
• Building and automating workflows, journeys and trigger campaigns
• Segmenting target audiences and maintaining data models (e.g., Data Extensions in SFMC)
• Integrating and connecting data sources (API, SQL, ETL processes)
• Creating and maintaining dynamic templates (HTML, AMPscript, Liquid, etc.)
• Testing, QA and monitoring of campaigns (including reporting & troubleshooting)
• Close collaboration with Data, Creative and Project Management to deliver holistic CRM projects
