About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical implementation and management of CRM campaigns in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or comparable ESPs
Building and automating workflows, journeys and trigger campaigns
Segmenting target audiences and maintaining data models (e.g., Data Extensions in SFMC)
Integrating and connecting data sources (API, SQL, ETL processes)
Creating and maintaining dynamic templates (HTML, AMPscript, Liquid, etc.)
Testing, QA and monitoring of campaigns (including reporting & troubleshooting)
Close collaboration with Data, Creative and Project Management to deliver holistic CRM projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working with common ESPs, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or similar platforms
Technical understanding of data structures, segmentation and interfaces
Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one scripting/template language (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Velocity)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
Analytical and structured working style with a strong commitment to quality
Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
