Research, conceptualize, and develop UX/UI concepts for web and app projects
Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping
Create user flows, information architectures, and define user interface specifications
Create UI designs for hand-off to developers
Facilitate workshops using creative methods

Requirements

Practical experience in UX/UI design
Strong understanding of user experience design methods and human-centered design
Experience designing and creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for responsive websites and mobile apps
Knowledge of accessible design (accessibility) is a plus
Proficient with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Adobe)
Experience with agile software development projects and tools like Jira & Confluence is an advantage
Fluent in German (C2 level) and business-fluent in English
