About the role

  • Create and publish job ads on various platforms.
  • Screen incoming applications, conduct preliminary interviews with suitable candidates when necessary, and coordinate closely with your colleagues.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Act as the first point of contact for applicants, responding to inquiries and helping to ensure an excellent candidate journey.
  • Research new recruiting trends and support active sourcing efforts.
  • Support the team on a variety of internal projects, e.g., assisting with the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • You are a student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a similar field of study, preferably with an HR focus.
  • Some practical experience in recruiting, HR, and/or HR software is a plus but not required.
  • You work in a structured and reliable way, enjoy contributing your own ideas, and like driving initiatives forward.
  • You are communicative, outgoing, and empathetic — approaching others comes naturally to you.
  • Confident user of MS Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
  • Very good written and spoken German.
