Working closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineers, SDET and Support organizations to deliver industry-leading features to the market.
Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices in UI development.
Driving the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and UI performance.
Optimizing UI components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Ensuring the UI complies with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and adheres to company design guidelines.
Providing technical mentorship to junior engineers and share knowledge across teams to foster a culture of learning and improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field a plus
10+ years of front-end/UI development experience, with a strong portfolio of modern web applications
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and React, with a deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks and best practices
Strong understanding of web architecture and performance, including client-server interactions (HTTP), browser internals, and building high-performance, scalable applications
Experience building responsive, cross-browser, and accessibility-compliant (WCAG) applications across modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox)
Proficiency with modern development tools and workflows, including build tools (e.g., Webpack), testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD pipelines
Experience designing scalable front-end architectures, including component libraries, design systems, and state management strategies
Strong product and engineering judgment, with the ability to balance performance, maintainability, and developer experience
Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance productivity and code quality
