• Partner with engineering leaders, technical experts, and HR to identify critical skills and design impactful learning solutions.
• Develop and execute a global learning and capability development strategy aligned with Autoliv's RDE priorities.
• Assess capability gaps and design reskilling and upskilling strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent development, capability building, and learning best practices.
• Collaborate with RDE leadership teams to define capability priorities and align development initiatives with business objectives.

Learning Partner – Research, Development and Engineering

Project Manager

• Lead and deliver Wearable Airbag Digital System development projects across the full lifecycle, covering ECU, embedded software, crash detection algorithms, mobile applications, and cloud platforms
• Own end‑to‑end development projects covering ECU, algorithms, mobile applications, and cloud platforms
• Define and control project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables across all system components
• Build and maintain the global integrated project plan (hardware + software + cloud), managing dependencies and critical paths
• Manage project budget and resources (internal and external), including software and cloud development capacities
• Anticipate deviations across all domains and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate all technical contributors: System & Electronics Engineering, Embedded Software, Crash detection algorithms, Hardware Design, Mechanical Design, Validation & Test, Industrialization & Manufacturing, Mobile App & cloud
• Ensure end‑to‑end system definition and consistency
• Validate technical trade‑offs in collaboration with the Lead System & Electronics Engineer
• Identify and manage technical, industrial, planning, and supply‑chain risks
• Ensure safety and quality activities are planned and executed
• Manage ECU lifecycle: New generation development, Production support & Continuous improvement
• Provide clear, regular project status reporting to management and stakeholders.

IT Support

• Support the activities to implement, control and maintain standards applicable to Linux operating system devices
• Support the activities to implement, control and maintain tools and software required in the Linux environment
• Implement and support automation on the Linux environment
• Deliver a secure Linux operating system following OS hardening process
• Work with the Linux expert to define business requirements on projects
• Provide level 2 and level 3 support for the Linux environment focusing on level 3 support
• Support the definition activities for operational procedures and handover solutions and processes to 2nd and 1st level support
• Support lifecycle management and capacity planning activities; review and upgrade technical infrastructure, tools and Linux devices
• System documentation & creation and/or review of Knowledge Base articles
