Learning Partner – Research, Development and Engineering

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive capability development across our global Research, Development & Engineering organization.
- Partner with engineering leaders, technical experts, and HR to identify critical skills and design impactful learning solutions.
- Develop and execute a global learning and capability development strategy aligned with Autoliv's RDE priorities.
- Assess capability gaps and design reskilling and upskilling strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent development, capability building, and learning best practices.
- Collaborate with RDE leadership teams to define capability priorities and align development initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Significant experience in designing and implementing learning solutions, ideally in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Experience partnering with engineering, research, technology, product development, or technical functions within the automotive or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and learning analytics.
