About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive capability development across our global Research, Development & Engineering organization.
  • Partner with engineering leaders, technical experts, and HR to identify critical skills and design impactful learning solutions.
  • Develop and execute a global learning and capability development strategy aligned with Autoliv's RDE priorities.
  • Assess capability gaps and design reskilling and upskilling strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent development, capability building, and learning best practices.
  • Collaborate with RDE leadership teams to define capability priorities and align development initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Significant experience in designing and implementing learning solutions, ideally in a multinational or matrixed organization.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, research, technology, product development, or technical functions within the automotive or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and learning analytics.
