About the role
- Create experiences that empower and delight our users
- Initiate and collaborate with product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to drive user insights and technical requirements
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups, and prototypes for development
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into design iterations to ensure all user experiences are intuitive, quick, and fit the intended business process
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management to ensure feasibility and validate implementation quality
- Drive the communication and delivery of design excellence in the final product
- Create AutoLeap pattern libraries and templates for a variety of users to ensure consistency and scale
- Influence the company's design culture, understand customers, and lead strategy and execution of designs aligned with business needs
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design and 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products. Strong preference for experience with SaaS products.
- Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools: Figma (mandatory), Loveable, Vercel (preferred)
- Proven track record of shipping successful products with complex workflows
- A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking skills
- Extensive experience with AI tools in design, enhancing both process and product quality
- The ability to communicate complex concepts across different audiences
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the hard work required to solve creative challenges
