About the role

  • Ensure effective and business-optimized staff deployment to guarantee smooth operations in the assigned area
  • Support continuous, smooth, and meticulous operation across the outlet’s bar, kitchen, and service areas
  • Organize and monitor production and sales, and manage inventory and goods usage
  • Control daily cash handling and ensure revenue protection
  • Ensure daily cleaning in accordance with current food safety guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., hygiene, storage, occupational safety), including documentation obligations (HACCP)
  • Ensure proper maintenance of furnishings, equipment, and supplies
  • Implement the marketing program in line with current guidelines
  • Drive customer acquisition and increase sales figures
  • Continuously optimize the integrated workflow
  • Organize optimal customer service, with a special focus on complaint management
  • Ensure proper outlet performance and optimal product presentation
  • Observe occupational health and safety measures
  • Maintain strong employee relations and conduct ongoing communication with staff
  • Work closely with the General Manager

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel or hospitality industry or many years of professional experience
  • Self-initiative and willingness to learn
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Responsible, entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  • Flexibility and commitment
  • High self-motivation and team spirit, and confidence working with people from different nationalities
