About the role

  • You take responsibility for all operational and economic processes in Food & Beverage across multiple terminals
  • You manage kitchen and production workflows, ingredient usage, production planning and COGS
  • You analyze KPIs and derive measures to improve efficiency, quality and costs
  • You continuously develop F&B processes and ensure their standardized implementation
  • You work closely with Operations, kitchen, production, service and suppliers
  • You ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene and safety
  • You lead and develop managers and teams across the entire F&B area
  • You are responsible for inventory and procurement management including ordering, inventories and cost calculations
  • You consistently implement production and recipe concepts
  • You identify opportunities for improvement and sustainably optimize workflows

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in gastronomy, hotel management, food production or business administration
  • Several years of leadership experience in F&B, production or operations management
  • Deep understanding of inventory management, cost calculation, production processes and COGS
  • Strong analytical and process-optimization skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with strong decision-making and implementation capability
  • Experience leading multicultural teams
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
