About the role
- You take responsibility for all operational and economic processes in Food & Beverage across multiple terminals
- You manage kitchen and production workflows, ingredient usage, production planning and COGS
- You analyze KPIs and derive measures to improve efficiency, quality and costs
- You continuously develop F&B processes and ensure their standardized implementation
- You work closely with Operations, kitchen, production, service and suppliers
- You ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene and safety
- You lead and develop managers and teams across the entire F&B area
- You are responsible for inventory and procurement management including ordering, inventories and cost calculations
- You consistently implement production and recipe concepts
- You identify opportunities for improvement and sustainably optimize workflows
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in gastronomy, hotel management, food production or business administration
- Several years of leadership experience in F&B, production or operations management
- Deep understanding of inventory management, cost calculation, production processes and COGS
- Strong analytical and process-optimization skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking with strong decision-making and implementation capability
- Experience leading multicultural teams
- Good German and English language skills
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
