About the role
- Management of the administrative employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
- Support in preparing certificates, contract documents and employment references
- Communication with authorities, health insurance providers, and the external payroll service provider
- Maintenance and management of personnel files, master data, and time & attendance records
- Participation in HR projects and support in optimizing HR processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field with a focus on HR
- Availability of 15–20 hours per week and interest in a longer-term collaboration of at least one year
- Meticulous, independent, service-oriented, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a high degree of flexibility, service awareness, and discretion
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
