About the role

  • Management of the administrative employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
  • Support in preparing certificates, contract documents and employment references
  • Communication with authorities, health insurance providers, and the external payroll service provider
  • Maintenance and management of personnel files, master data, and time & attendance records
  • Participation in HR projects and support in optimizing HR processes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field with a focus on HR
  • Availability of 15–20 hours per week and interest in a longer-term collaboration of at least one year
  • Meticulous, independent, service-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a high degree of flexibility, service awareness, and discretion
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
