About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor on tender strategies, RFP responses, and proposal language, translating expertise into actionable insights.
- Lead bid-specific training sessions and provide hands-on support to upskill bid teams during onboarding and scaling of the platform.
- Enable clients by aligning AutogenAI with their bid processes (e.g., Shipley, APMP) and tailoring initial training to customer processes.
- Partner with Customer, Sales, and Product teams to implement tailored platform usage, embedding structured processes and scalable workflows.
- Support creation and refinement of reusable content libraries to help customers build repeatable proposal assets.
- Channel client and personal insights back into the product development roadmap to improve platform functionality and relevance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and value-rich experience for clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a bid writing, proposal management, or similar content-focused role, ideally within complex or regulated industries.
- Proven success in producing high-quality tender responses, winning bids, and working across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort with content management systems, writing tools, and ideally some exposure to SaaS platforms.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Communications, Business, English, or Law.
