• At the heart of our platform lies the data infrastructure, driving advanced machine learning models and optimization algorithms. As the owner of data pipelines, you'll tackle diverse challenges spanning optimization, prediction, modeling, inference, transportation, and mapping.
• As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in owning and scaling the backend data infrastructure that powers our platform—supporting real-time optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning applications.

Senior Data Engineer

Data Analyst

• Own the analytics domain for key Autofleet products and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze large-scale operational and product datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI tools.
• Develop automated data pipelines and analytical workflows using Python and Airflow.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define KPIs, measure success, and support product decision-making.
• Work with customer-facing teams to provide insights and occasionally participate in customer discussions and presentations.
• Build internal tools and processes that improve data accessibility and operational efficiency.
• Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code) to accelerate analysis, automation, and development workflows.
• Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support Engineer

• Serve as the frontline technical problem-solver for high-value enterprise customers, diagnosing and resolving complex product issues under pressure
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to tackle challenging technical problems when standard solutions fail
• Master Autofleet's entire product ecosystem and continuously expand your technical knowledge to stay ahead of evolving features
• Collaborate directly with Product and R&D teams to investigate critical bugs, escalate urgent customer pain points, and influence product development
• Take part in customer meetings, help with integrations, and dive deep into real-world use cases to understand exactly how our solutions are being implemented with our products.
• Provide expert guidance on product configuration to optimize performance for each customer's unique environment
