About the role

  • Own lead generation and qualification efforts, driving early stage pipeline through outbound outreach and CRM based insights
  • Identify opportunities within assigned accounts and schedule sales activities, exercising sound judgment
  • Pass well qualified leads to appropriate sales teams or partners
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Execute semi routine assignments independently, seeking guidance primarily for new or complex workstreams
  • Effectively prioritizes tasks, manages multiple projects, and meets deadlines
  • Builds strong relationships during lead qualification and anticipates customer needs
  • Collaborates effectively with cross functional and sales stakeholders
  • Leverages CRM systems, dashboards, and analytics to identify opportunities
  • Partner with Strategic Account Executives to identify and qualify leads
  • Provide comprehensive support to sales teams and partners

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or a related customer facing role
  • Demonstrated experience with lead generation, prospect qualification, and early stage pipeline support
  • Proficiency using CRM systems to manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross functional teams
