About the role
- Own lead generation and qualification efforts, driving early stage pipeline through outbound outreach and CRM based insights
- Identify opportunities within assigned accounts and schedule sales activities, exercising sound judgment
- Pass well qualified leads to appropriate sales teams or partners
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Execute semi routine assignments independently, seeking guidance primarily for new or complex workstreams
- Effectively prioritizes tasks, manages multiple projects, and meets deadlines
- Builds strong relationships during lead qualification and anticipates customer needs
- Collaborates effectively with cross functional and sales stakeholders
- Leverages CRM systems, dashboards, and analytics to identify opportunities
- Partner with Strategic Account Executives to identify and qualify leads
- Provide comprehensive support to sales teams and partners
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or a related customer facing role
- Demonstrated experience with lead generation, prospect qualification, and early stage pipeline support
- Proficiency using CRM systems to manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross functional teams
