About the role

  • Manage a team of enterprise account-based marketers
  • Coach and maintain the activities of account-based marketing team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance management
  • Ensure that the team's marketing programs are aligned with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelines
  • Help to guide the strategy for Named Accounts ABM
  • Ensure that the team is supported as they develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans for accounts focused on expanding business and ensuring customer use and adoption
  • Primary liaison with the Enterprise Accounts sales leaders
  • Engage with the sales leads to coordinate, communicate, and improve the impact of marketing activities
  • Partner with Industry Marketing and Marketing Systems & Services to set the strategy for account-based campaigns, ensuring the team is enabled to effectively deliver 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for priority accounts

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience managing and leading a team
  • 8+ years B2B account-based marketing, customer life cycle, or customer success marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense, Folloze, etc
