About the role
- Manage a team of enterprise account-based marketers
- Coach and maintain the activities of account-based marketing team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance management
- Ensure that the team's marketing programs are aligned with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelines
- Help to guide the strategy for Named Accounts ABM
- Ensure that the team is supported as they develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans for accounts focused on expanding business and ensuring customer use and adoption
- Primary liaison with the Enterprise Accounts sales leaders
- Engage with the sales leads to coordinate, communicate, and improve the impact of marketing activities
- Partner with Industry Marketing and Marketing Systems & Services to set the strategy for account-based campaigns, ensuring the team is enabled to effectively deliver 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for priority accounts
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience managing and leading a team
- 8+ years B2B account-based marketing, customer life cycle, or customer success marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific skills
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense, Folloze, etc
