Lead high-impact GTM transformation and growth programs from strategy through execution
Design, implement, and continuously improve program governance and delivery structures
Partner closely with senior leaders and executives to translate strategy into executable roadmaps
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, and Technology
Provide clear, executive-ready reporting and summaries
Anticipate and identify risks and opportunities
Coach and mentor junior program managers

Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience
3+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or transformations
Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders and executives
Strong ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively
Experience operating within a PMO-governed program management framework
Strong written and verbal communication skills
PMP, Change Management, or related certifications preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
