- Discover customer business and technical processes/workflows/requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationship
- Develop processes and workflows for customers adopting Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Align with best practices for digital transformation change management
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to implement deliverables addressing customer requirements
- Influence Product Roadmap through demonstrating business impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology industry
- Experience leading/managing successful technology change management projects
- Confidence in compiling platform data analytics and dashboarding
- Passionate about moving the industry forward
