- Discover customer business and technical processes/workflows/requirements
- Develop processes and workflows to adopt Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Partner with Customer Success Managers for deliverables within the Customer Success Plan
- Maintain industry technologies and provide insights for Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Share best practices, competitive info, innovation, and success stories
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology industry
- Experience leading/managing successful technology change management projects
- Confidence in compiling platform data analytics and dashboarding
- Passionate about moving the industry forward
