About the role
- Partner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and drive results
- Develop a people strategy that is focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall business performance
- Support the business strategy identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
- Collaborate with the HR Lead, facilitate line-of-sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda
- Ensure psychological safety and strong advocacy of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging
- Manage specific projects defined by annual People Plans as well as participate in on-going functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Promote feedback mechanisms and employee surveys to influence the continuous improvement of employee experiences and business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of HR experience (at least 7+ years of HRBP experience supporting leaders with global teams)
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, employee relations
- Master’s degree in organizational development, industrial and labor relations, business administration or similar disciplines with 8+years of HR experience (preferred)
- Workday experience (preferred)
- Project Management and/or Program Management experience (preferred)
- Coaching accreditation (preferred)
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and management practices within a complex, global and matrixed environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal)
