About the role

  • Lead a medium sized team of Account Representatives, achieving results by directing work through associate managers, team leads, and professional employees.
  • Develop and execute long term operational plans, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams on customer account planning, maintaining forecast accuracy.
  • Oversee the accuracy and quality of sales forecasts and pipeline health across teams.
  • Coordinate resources across sales teams to ensure adequate pipeline coverage and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or revenue generating sales roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, leading sales professionals, team leads, or associate managers.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Experience driving operational planning, account strategy execution, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience coordinating resources across sales, partner, and marketing organizations.
