About the role
- Own the end-to-end strategy and development of integrated marketing campaigns
- Translate Fusion product messaging into compelling campaign narratives
- Develop campaign briefs, audience frameworks, and activation plans
- Serve as the campaign subject-matter expert on consumer products buyer audiences
- Define audience segmentation, personas, and buying journey strategies
- Partner closely with product & technical marketing to activate product messaging
- Define campaign success metrics and monitor performance across the funnel
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Demonstrated experience marketing to consumer products audiences
- Strong understanding of consumer products workflows
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset
