About the role

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and development of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Translate Fusion product messaging into compelling campaign narratives
  • Develop campaign briefs, audience frameworks, and activation plans
  • Serve as the campaign subject-matter expert on consumer products buyer audiences
  • Define audience segmentation, personas, and buying journey strategies
  • Partner closely with product & technical marketing to activate product messaging
  • Define campaign success metrics and monitor performance across the funnel

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to consumer products audiences
  • Strong understanding of consumer products workflows
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset
