About the role
- Own the full lifecycle of key AI platform initiatives
- Define and deliver AI‑powered agent experiences
- Design user experiences and APIs for LLMs and intelligent agents
- Partner closely with engineering, PMs, and architecture teams
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and use both qualitative and quantitative signals
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in product management and/or software engineering
- Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, especially Large language models and prompt / interaction design
- Proven experience shipping high‑impact B2B or enterprise software products
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
