Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams for timely and high-quality releases
Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success
Conduct competitive analysis and remain attuned to market trends
Serve as the product spokesperson internally and externally
Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members
Translate product strategy into actionable initiatives and features
Lead go-to-market activities with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams
Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for development team.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of product management experience within the software industry
at least 2 years in a senior role
experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
experience with AEC design products and workflows
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required
MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly desirable
Deep understanding of data management principles, APIs, integrations, and design workflows
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS business models preferred
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion
Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
Advanced analytical abilities, including proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
