- Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase
- Research, verify, and document product issues
- Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Experience using building design software (preferably Autodesk software)
- Experience in the Architecture Engineering and Construction industry
- Passion for helping people
- Appetite for solving problems
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar products
