Sales

• Drive commercial performance in South Africa as Sales Manager.
• Lead, coach, and motivate showroom and digital sales teams.
• Set objectives and KPIs, monitor results, and drive accountability.
• Organize team meetings, performance reviews, and incentive programs.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales advisors.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom ensuring product display, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Ensure strong vehicle presentation and team readiness; foster customer-first culture.
• Build and implement action plans to achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets.
• Improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel; manage pricing, promotions, discounts, and profitability.
• Provide weekly reporting to the Country Manager and collaborate with Procurement, Marketing, Reconditioning, and other departments.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to boost performance.
