About the role
- Optimize existing warranty and services sales offering
- Ensure best-in-class operational performance
- Develop new services to serve Autohero customers
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, tech and Marketing teams
- Become the central point of connection between stakeholders for project rollouts
- Implement cost-controlling procedures and increase revenue through initiatives
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in Automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management
- Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale
- Completed studies in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a comparable degree programme
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus
