About the role
- Review, challenge, and ultimately improve existing processes and products
- Leverage technology and data decreasing costs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, communications, stakeholder management
- Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders
- Set up financial targets and planning infrastructure, implement cost-controlling procedures, and optimize product content
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in Automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management, preferably working for a recognized insurer or OEM captive, ideally in an international context
- Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale
- Completed studies in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a comparable degree programme
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus
