  • Handle all questions and concerns from our online customers regarding cancellations and returns, creating an optimal customer journey.
  • Serve as a liaison to Customer Service and maintain close collaboration with other departments to guarantee smooth processes.

Requirements

  • You enjoy customer contact and have a reliable, solution-oriented working style
  • Experience in telephone-based customer support; automotive knowledge is not required
  • Team player with a healthy dose of self-motivation
  • Very good German language skills and confident use of Microsoft Office, including Excel
