About the role
- Provide support to our retail online customers, with customer satisfaction as the top priority — you ensure an excellent customer experience!
- Handle all questions and concerns from our online customers regarding cancellations and returns, creating an optimal customer journey.
- Serve as a liaison to Customer Service and maintain close collaboration with other departments to guarantee smooth processes.
Requirements
- You enjoy customer contact and have a reliable, solution-oriented working style
- Experience in telephone-based customer support; automotive knowledge is not required
- Team player with a healthy dose of self-motivation
- Very good German language skills and confident use of Microsoft Office, including Excel
