About the role
- Point of contact for customers after vehicle purchase and handling their reviews on Trustpilot and Google
- Actively collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service
- Crafting creative, customer-focused responses on review platforms to ensure service quality
- Supporting the team lead with monitoring and analysis of the portals
- Monitoring KPIs for customer satisfaction, feedback analysis, and deriving actions to ensure quality
- Supporting the further development of Autohero's social media strategy
Requirements
- Excellent communicator, service-oriented, and enjoys customer interaction
- Structured, self-driven, and team-oriented working style
- Interest in cars and willingness to learn new things in this area — career changers are welcome
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Confident user of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
