  • Point of contact for customers after vehicle purchase and handling their reviews on Trustpilot and Google
  • Actively collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service
  • Crafting creative, customer-focused responses on review platforms to ensure service quality
  • Supporting the team lead with monitoring and analysis of the portals
  • Monitoring KPIs for customer satisfaction, feedback analysis, and deriving actions to ensure quality

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator, service-oriented, and enjoys customer interaction
  • Structured, self-driven, and team-oriented working style
  • Interest in cars and willingness to learn new things in this area — career changers are welcome
  • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
  • Confident user of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
