About the role
- You are the team's primary technical point of contact and support colleagues with questions, uncertainties, or escalations
- You assist with quality assurance and help continuously improve our processes
- You onboard new team members and ensure a structured training process
- You contribute to day-to-day operations during staffing shortages
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, ideally in an inbound call center or a comparable area
- Strong organizational skills, self-reliance, and confident use of digital tools
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (basic functions, simple analyses, and spreadsheets)
- Enjoys teamwork and has a strong service-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel to Berlin occasionally for meetings or team events
