About the role

  • Maintain subject-matter oversight within the team, contribute to process improvements, and support Sylvia, our Team Lead
  • Manage the operational document handling for our vehicle inventory and independently coordinate the handling and dispatch of documents
  • Monitor the entire process and ensure complete receipt of documents to guarantee smooth operations
  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding vehicle documents and short-term license plates
  • Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely arrival for our customers and diagnose causes of delays when they occur
  • Serve as the communicative interface between customers, internal departments, and external partners
  • Keep an up-to-date overview of pending tasks and set priorities within the team
  • Help ensure that our customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — delivered directly to their door by our unique Glastruck!

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training; initial assistant experience or experience leading a team is an advantage
  • Ideally you have experience in private customer support in e‑commerce, document management, the automotive sector, or a digital environment
  • Demonstrated success in process development and optimization
  • Enjoy customer contact and work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills — confident in writing and speaking in German and English — and proficient with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
