About the role

Be the first point of contact and guide customers from online ordering through to verification
Research order status in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments and ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles
Maintain an overview of pending tasks at all times and help set priorities within the team
Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — with our unique Glastruck delivered straight to their doorstep!

You have initial experience in private customer support, enjoy calling and chatting, and have a passion for customer service
You have excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and a quick grasp of new information
Fluent German, both written and spoken — English skills are an advantage, and you are confident with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
Proficiency in touch typing (10-finger system) and several years of experience working from home are advantageous
