About the role
- Be the first point of contact and guide customers from online ordering through to verification
- Research order status in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments and ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles
- Maintain an overview of pending tasks at all times and help set priorities within the team
- Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — with our unique Glastruck delivered straight to their doorstep!
Requirements
- You have initial experience in private customer support, enjoy calling and chatting, and have a passion for customer service
- You have excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and a quick grasp of new information
- Fluent German, both written and spoken — English skills are an advantage, and you are confident with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
- Proficiency in touch typing (10-finger system) and several years of experience working from home are advantageous
