About the role

  • be the face of Autotrader in the Midlands region supporting Independent retailer customers
  • take accountability to fully understand customers' objectives and provide guidance and advice
  • collaborate with different stakeholders within customers' businesses and within Autotrader
  • support customers’ needs proactively
  • use Autotrader’s data and insights to influence decision-making, drive digital performance, and deliver commercial results
  • educate customers to offer the right digital products to drive growth and efficiencies
  • use strong presentation skills, storytelling with data, clear visual design, and audience-led narratives to simplify complex insights
  • have a direct impact on customers’ businesses and the future of digital retailing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B account management role owning a customer base
  • Track record of achieving commercial KPI’s such as; driving revenue growth, product uptake, and retention
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to spot growth opportunities and mitigate risk through effective questioning and listening
  • Confidence communicating with a range of customers and influencing decisions, developing long-term partnerships
  • Experience turning data and insight into actionable recommendations
  • Confidence in contributing to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and customer feedback internally
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Passion for customer success and digital transformation
  • Strong collaborator, working closely with the wider team to share insights and drive better outcomes for our customers
