About the role
- be the face of Autotrader in the Midlands region supporting Independent retailer customers
- take accountability to fully understand customers' objectives and provide guidance and advice
- collaborate with different stakeholders within customers' businesses and within Autotrader
- support customers’ needs proactively
- use Autotrader’s data and insights to influence decision-making, drive digital performance, and deliver commercial results
- educate customers to offer the right digital products to drive growth and efficiencies
- use strong presentation skills, storytelling with data, clear visual design, and audience-led narratives to simplify complex insights
- have a direct impact on customers’ businesses and the future of digital retailing
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B account management role owning a customer base
- Track record of achieving commercial KPI’s such as; driving revenue growth, product uptake, and retention
- Strong commercial acumen - able to spot growth opportunities and mitigate risk through effective questioning and listening
- Confidence communicating with a range of customers and influencing decisions, developing long-term partnerships
- Experience turning data and insight into actionable recommendations
- Confidence in contributing to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and customer feedback internally
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Passion for customer success and digital transformation
- Strong collaborator, working closely with the wider team to share insights and drive better outcomes for our customers
