About the role
- Partner with CEO, COO, Chief Clinical Officer and Board to define and execute multi-year financial strategy
- Serve as primary financial advisor to ACP’s leadership team
- Lead long-range financial planning, capital strategy, and scenario modeling
- Support de novo expansion
- Own enterprise financial performance, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet integrity
- Oversee ACP’s analytics department
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, payroll, treasury, tax, auditing, and financial reporting
- Ensure timely, accurate, and decision-useful reporting for executives and the Board
- Advance a comprehensive payor strategy across all operating states
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Prior CFO or senior finance leadership preferred
- Experience in multi-site healthcare, ABA/behavioral health preferred
- Proven success in investor-owned environments
- Demonstrated ability to scale financial operations in a high-growth, multi-state organization
- Deep expertise in FP&A, revenue cycle management, and operational finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP, healthcare reimbursement models, and regulatory environments
