• Calling on enterprise healthcare companies (hospital networks, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, etc.) to set sales meetings for Account Executives
• Meeting monthly sales targets for meetings set and revenue generation
• Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Leveraging sales tools (CRM and other areas of tech stack)
• Calling and emailing marketing-generated leads
• Sourcing and creating new sales opportunities
• Conducting research for personalized outreach
• Collaborating with leadership (C-Suite, Product, Sales, etc.) about the value of Authenticx's products and services

• Manage a portfolio of 2-3 clients with a combined annual contract value of $6+ million
• Ensure clients maximize the value of our platform, leading to retention, growth, and customer satisfaction
• Act as a product expert and strategic partner
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Monitor and drive platform adoption and usage
• Identify usage gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Understand each client's business challenges and objectives, mapping these to our platform's solutions
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any customer issues
• Act as a product expert, ensuring clients are fully trained on the platform's features
• Provide clients with regular reports on platform usage and impact
