About the role

  • You prepare straightforward annual accounts (income–expenditure statements) or prepare balance sheets for GmbHs (limited liability companies).
  • Our team supports you with special cases.
  • You independently manage bookkeeping for our clients using the BMD NTCS software – largely paperless and automated!
  • Ideally, you also support us with ongoing payroll processing.
  • You welcome new clients and assist with administrative tasks (e.g., issuing invoices) as well as with our marketing activities, such as creating advisory videos, blog posts, and social media posts.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of the BMD NTCS accounting software, ideally including the bank statement posting module.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a financial accountant / bookkeeper (m/f/d) with simultaneous management of multiple clients.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for the work.
  • Friendliness towards everyone.
  • Openness to continuously simplifying and optimizing processes.
  • Ideally completed commercial vocational training (HAK / HAS) or certified qualifications (Bilanzbuchhalter certification, bookkeeping certification, etc.).
