About the role
- You independently perform bookkeeping for our clients using the BMD NTCS software — largely paperless and automated
- Ideally, you will also support ongoing payroll processing
- You welcome new clients and assist with administrative tasks (e.g., preparing invoices) as well as our marketing activities, such as producing advisory videos, expanding our tax chatbot tax-gpt, and creating social media posts
Requirements
- Solid experience with the BMD NTCS accounting software, ideally including the bank statement posting module
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as an accountant managing multiple client accounts in parallel
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of your work
- Friendly manner towards everyone
- Openness to continuously simplify and optimize workflows
- Ideally, completed commercial/business training (HAK / HAS), Bilanzbuchhalter exam or bookkeeping certification
