About the role
- Develop and deliver a fit‑for‑purpose change strategy aligned to organisational and program goals.
- Identify risks, resistance and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute change initiatives, including communication, training and engagement activities.
- Build alignment and advocacy with executives, managers and teams.
- Develop strong, trusted relationships across project teams, business units and external partners.
- Communicate proactively and deliver clear, engaging materials.
- Support readiness and capability uplift through training and engagement.
- Assess impacts on people, processes and systems, and monitor readiness and adoption.
- Refine change methodologies, tools and practices, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience delivering medium to large‑scale organisational change, transformational or risk‑related programs within financial services or enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement and training.
- Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and the ability to tailor approaches to organisational context.
- Proven success influencing and supporting senior executives in decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Change Management, Business, Organisational Psychology)
- Prosci, CMAP or MMC certifications (highly regarded).
