About the role
- Work in partnership with leadership to diagnose hiring needs, defining candidate profiles, evaluation criteria and the most appropriate attraction strategy for each context.
- Lead end-to-end selection processes, owning all stages such as job posting, sourcing/hunting, screening, interviews, assessments and feedback, ensuring quality, consistency and speed.
- Design and execute active attraction strategies, including hunting for strategic or hard-to-fill roles, continuously strengthening the talent pipeline.
- Ensure a transparent, respectful application experience aligned with Aurum’s culture, maintaining clear, proactive and humanized communication throughout the candidate journey.
- Support leadership decision-making with analysis, data and market insights, ensuring hires aligned with the company culture and expected performance levels.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements to selection processes, promoting innovation, efficiency and governance in the area.
- Act as a guardian of Aurum’s culture and people-management practices in all recruitment interactions.
- Contribute to other strategic challenges of the People & Places team, proactively collaborating to help evolve the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
- Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection, conducting end-to-end selection processes autonomously, preferably in tech companies.
- Experience leading strategic and higher-complexity searches, including hunting and active sourcing strategies.
- Experience using recruitment systems and platforms, organizing pipelines and monitoring metrics.
- Ability to structure sourcing, outreach and talent-mapping strategies across different channels.
- Experience partnering with leadership, supporting profile definition, evaluation criteria and decision-making.
- Clear and structured verbal and written communication, with the ability to conduct interviews and provide consistent feedback.
- Organization, prioritization skills and a results orientation, ensuring quality and agility in processes.
- Experience recruiting technology professionals or working in technology companies.
- Experience with employer branding strategies and improving the candidate experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to support decisions and propose improvements in recruitment processes.
- Experience in recruitment data analysis.
