Full Stack Development: Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of applications, working on both backend (Java/Kotlin, Node.js, Spring Boot) and frontend (AngularJS, React).
Technical Lead: Serve as the primary technical reference for the team, mentoring mid-level and junior developers in solving complex problems and designing solutions, helping them grow professionally.
Project and Task Management: Organize the technical workflow, plan sprints, set priorities, and monitor task execution to ensure predictability and on-time delivery. Maintain alignment with stakeholders.
Technical Debt Management: Map, organize, prioritize, and plan work to reduce the technical debt backlog, improving code health and scalability.
Requirements
Previous experience with Fullstack development.
Strong experience with backend systems, performance, scalability, and database usage.
Deep experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React.
Experience with microservices and/or microfrontend architectures.
Knowledge of patterns such as Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience with cloud environments.
Communication skills to align expectations, negotiate deadlines with different areas, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Organizational and planning skills for task and project management.
